MITA Kepabeanan ditetapkan langsung oleh Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC) dengan mekanisme penunjukan yang didasarkan pada profil perusahaan dan rekomendasi dari pihak internal maupun eksternal. Hal ini berarti MITA Kepabeanan ditetapkan langsung oleh DJBC tanpa melalui permohonan importir/perusahaan. Oleh karena pelayanan khusus yang didapatkan perusahaan, Bea Cukai Tanjung Perak melakukan monitoring untuk mempertahankan beberapa kriteria yang menjadi persyaratan perusahaan MITA pada 30 s.d 31 Maret 2022. Monitoring tersebut adalah implementasi Peraturan Menteri Keuangan PMK-211/PMK.04/2016 tentang Mitra Utama Kepaebanan dan Peraturan Dirjen PER-11/BC2017 tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanan Mitra Utama Kepabeanan.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Bea Cukai Tanjung Perak melakukan Monitoring dan Penelitian Lapangan terhadap PT. Siantar Top,Tbk sebagai salah satu Mitra Utama Kepabeanan di bawah Bea Cukai Tanjung Perak sejak 17 Desember 2018. Bea Cukai Perak menugaskan Iman Hakiki (Fungsional Ahli Pertama), dan Abdul Abbas (Pelaksana Pemeriksa), untuk melakukan pengujian kepada beberapa kriteria, antara lain pengujian sistem pengendalian internal terkait pencatatan kegiatan impor dan ekspor, pengujian eksistensi dan penanggung jawab, dan pengujian dokumen kepabeanan secara sampling. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan perusahaan MITA dapat mempertahankan standar tinggi sebagai entitas yang diberikan pelayanan khusus serta mematuhi ketentuan seperti yang dipersyaratkan pada PMK-211/PMK.04/2016 tentang Mitra Utama Kepaebanan dan Peraturan Dirjen PER-11/BC2017 tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanan Mitra Utama Kepabeanan.

The event held in Bekasi Police Station Hall, PT Siantar Top provides a package consist of a sack of rice, cooking oil, instant noodles, and Goriorio Biscuit.
A symbolic handover was given from the Siantar Top Representatives to the Chief Officer then will be distributed to the residents.

“Hopefully this event will be useful and this pandemic will over soon” said the Siantar Top Representatives.

Each of them will receive a bag consist of a sack of rice and noodles. The social service event which held by PT Siantar Top is accordance to the mission, one kindness leads to thousand of happiness. We hope this event will be useful and ease the people’s lives.

To celebrate the 76th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, on 14 August, Siantar Top together with the Police conduct a Corporate Responsibility Event.
The event was held on Saturday at Kalikajang, Gebang, Sidoarjo which attended by the head and members of the police and Dewi as the Siantar Top Peduli representative
To help preventing the Covid-19 disease in East Java, we also conduct a vaccination event.
In the end of the event, we distributed goodie bags for the society. Each of the bags contains snacks and funds.
We hope that this activity can be useful for the society. May all remain disciplined in implementing the 5M health protocol (Wearing masks, Wash hands with soap and running water, keep distance with others, avoid crowds and reduce mobility) and succeed the government’s vaccination program.
